Ok, was rewiring the front of the engine compartment on my '66 289 and the connector to this small black cylinder mounted immediately beneath the voltage regulator snapped off. It's basically gone now, I need a new one, but I cant find the thing in my parts catalogs and various auto stores around here dont carry the thing. In my Mustang shop manual i managed to find it, called by a couple of names, but I think the correct term is radio interference compresser (<-- spelled exactly how they did)... anyone know what this thing is and where I can get a replacement?

With new spark plug wire technology, you probably don't need it.

Sorry, not sure where to buy one..
