i was browsing through the afr website, checkin out the 165's and 185's just to satisfy my want for more power and saw that both series will not accept Rail Rocker Arms... correct me if i'm wrong, but thats what they used before roller rocker arms, right? and thats what my engine is, right? so does this mean i cant get the afr-165s i was planning on getting sometime in the future? thanks, and if so, id have to buy a roller cam motor, wouldnt I? any good quality heads that will work with my setup? gt40s maybe? thanks again

Rail rocker arms is another word for Pedestal mount rocker arms. Stock heads come with pedestal mount arms which means your stock rockers will not work on the AFR heads. Don't worry, you can get them, but you will have to buy stud mount rocker arms.

is that an easy swap out? does stud mount give it more stability, and is that why afr needs that kind? thanks

Yes, stud mount is stronger than pedestal mount rockers. Many companies make them. I just bought a set of Comp Cams 1.6 Pro Magnum roller rockers today for my future combo. They look very nice
