Im thinking about ordering a rally pac for my 64 1/2 coupe... my question is are are gagues backlit like the dash is? and does it have the same dimness problems that are common in these cars. my coupes inst cluster is very dim and flickers when i turn th lights on and off. I think its the switch it self... but i would like a permanent fix for the dim dash problem.

1. Replace your headlight switch. $21-$70 depending on Manuf. date.
2. Replace your bulbs. $7
3. Replace the bulb lenses. $10
This should get you back to stock brightness.
The Rally pac should be lit the same way.
ps. You may want to replace all your switches incl. the ignition while you are at it. My lights and wipers are like yours and I have the replacements ready when I get it back from paint. The ignition went out a while back and it took out a chunk of my wiring harness before I could get the battery disconnected.
