I was just wondering if anyone has tried to put some front rotors from a 5 lug ranger on the front of a fox......they look to be close in size and being the studs come in the rotors it would be an easy and cheap front 5 lug swap.....then the rear would be the only thing left and that swap is easy and cheap.

-For the 79 v8, 82-86 Mustangs, and 87-93 4 cyls, you can use the 4cyl 83-88 Ranger rotors.
-For the front 87-93 v8 cars, use the rotors from a mid 80's Lincoln Continental, Lincoln Mark VII (85-91), or '84-'86 SVO. For the 79-86 and 87-93 4cyl cars, use the 83-92 4cyl Ranger front rotors. This will keep the cost down and allow you to keep the stock front brakes. You can buy the rotors for about $40-60 each. You an also purchase after market front rotors like the Power Slot brand in 5 lug. These cost about $99 each.

so basicly I can use some replacement rotors from a mid 80's Lincoln Continental, Lincoln Mark VII (85-91), or '84-'86 SVO. and I can use 17" 2002 GT rims

question- i have a five lug conversion but have a stock 89 master cylinder brakes work but pedal feels like crap, a freind had told me to use a sn95 master cylinder. Is this true?

Depends

What 5-lug conversion do you have? If you have the SVO/Mark7 rotors and rear drums, then you don't need a MC change

When was the last time you bled your brakes? They are supposed to be done yearly...but nobody else does it.
