i have a rattle at low rpm acceleration sounds and feels like something smacking the floor board, i checked my exhaust and it is tight, any ideas? Drive shaft fells tight only 1/8 inch or so of movement when. turning transmission mount? u-joints?

Assuming that everything is nice and tight underneath with the exhaust, I'd start checking everything else. Trans crossmember bolts, trans mount, engine mounts, tank straps, etc. Also make sure your tailpipes aren't rattling on the lip around the tank. It'll drive you absolutely nuts they do.
