Rattles and cracking noises, can anything be done?

Hi,

This probably doesn't belong here but I wasn't sure where to post it so mods please move if needed

So my dash all around the drivers side, and my driver's & passenger's side doors rattle and make little cracking like noises anytime I hit rough roads and even when I don't. It is more pronounced on rough roads however.

I haven't been able to find anything that is loose so far, but the rattles are starting to drive me nuts!

Can anything be done to fix this? I would take it in to the dealer but I have a feeling they won't fix it and nothing else is wrong with the car.

Mine makes noises around the vent area. I noticed it went away when I held the direction controls on the vents. Apparently the mechanism rattles in back....

I rode in a 96 that does this and my 03 does this

I have heard about those fixing problems like mine in the past but completely forgot about them. Thanks for remiding me, I'm going to try some out.

I'd have to agree with teh subframes, my Mach is much more quiet then my GT. And that's wtih teh Ford POS subframes.
