Rattles and cracking noises, can anything be done?

Hi,

This probably doesn't belong here but I wasn't sure where to post it so mods please move if needed

So my dash all around the drivers side, and my driver's & passenger's side doors rattle and make little cracking like noises anytime I hit rough roads and even when I don't. It is more pronounced on rough roads however.

I haven't been able to find anything that is loose so far, but the rattles are starting to drive me nuts!

Can anything be done to fix this? I would take it in to the dealer but I have a feeling they won't fix it and nothing else is wrong with the car.

I have heard about those fixing problems like mine in the past but completely forgot about them. Thanks for remiding me, I'm going to try some out.
