Re:PO 411 code

My '96 Cobra occasionally pops a PO411 code, (secondary air injector flow improper). It seems to do it on hot days while running the AC in heavy (stop and go) traffic. I can clear it and it will be OK for maybe weeks or months then it will pop sitting in traffic or at a light. Any suggestions what I should check? I've cleaned most of the air passages that I can get to without taking too much (intake) apart. Any help appreciated.

I have a similar issue in my 97 Cobra except that my light stays on most of the time and occasionally goes off. I already replaced the air flow sensor going from the carbon canister to the manifold and that didn't help. My next step is the make sure the lines between the sensor and carbon canister are not kinked and that the carbon canister is not plugged.
