All of my plugs looked like the first 3, what does the 4th plug mean?

It means that cylinder is not happy, light fouling like that could be the beginning of ring seal, valve seal/guide wear.
Or it could be as simple as a bad plug wire.

Look for oil in the intake runners.

It looks to me like you're ingesting quite a bit either from bad valve seals, or excessive blow-by, or through the PCV.

The two on the left look normal to me with the exception of the oil soot.

#3 looks like it's been running fuel lean and oil rich.

#4 looks like complete ass.

This is likely it. I replaced the wires (w/ heat socks) and this one was well roasted by the headders, all the way crispy. I put in some autolites today, glad to get the feedback. When I got the car it was running pig rich, stunk to high heaven. Put on a edelbrock intake a 75mm TB and a properly sized intake tube and it seemed to run a lot better. Had some old 19lb 4 holes that I replaced the injectors and it cleaned up much better. So its a good chance that these plugs saw both richer and leaner conditions. I have no idea how long they were in there. My crank case tube does seem to pull a fair bit of oil into the TB. Had been thinking of using the breather vent style rather than the suction style for that reason.

Maybe give the upper and lower intake bolts and little wrist tweak too. See if any are loose.

Do not run a breather/vent style anything on these cars when injected. That will allow unmetered air into the system and will cause more issues than it solves.

Do a quick google search and you will find lots of info on it.

There is a baffle in the filler neck that keeps splash from the rockers making its way into the line to the TB. When there is oil vapor in the valve cover area (blow by) that gets carried up to the TB and if heavy enough it will collect in the intake. If there is no baffle the the splashed up oil will get sucked up to the TB and it pools up quicker.

Yes but I would think a catch can would make more sense if you are seeing lots of oil in the intake.

I run something similar to this:

Husky 3/8 in. Standard Poly Bowl Filter HDA70603AV - The Home Depot

Husky - 3/8 in. Standard Poly Bowl Filter - This poly bowl filter is designed to keep air lines maintained, helping to remove unwanted dirt particles larger than 5 microns, as well as condensed water.
www.homedepot.com

I've removed the internal [filter stone] because they're irrelevant for my purpose.

Initially, I put one in-line of the filler neck and one in-line for my PCV. It was a bit restrictive on the PCV side so I added another in parallel to increase the volume.

For what these cost now; You're probably better off with a good catch can on the PCV side and maybe one of these for the filler neck.
(This setup is what I'll be going to next for various reasons that include boost and air velocity through the tiny PCV) -- Whole other topic

Catch cans are always great as you can also monitor blow by amounts very easily while getting less into your engine .

My catch can is in the mail. I replaced rear PVC gromet, valve, and filter and.... there was no filter in it......so I'm sure that's part of it.
