I have asked this before and never got much input so I'll try again. I have all stock suspension on my car and want something good for the track (Keep in mind as of right now this car is my daily driver) I am pretty sure I am gonna get lakewood 70/30 shocks and struts but need to know what upper and lower control arms to go with that will actually help me at the track??? I dont really want adjustable ones but whatever you tell me I will believe. Also what prices are we looking at? Thanks!

I use the Steeda stuff. I like it. Most of the boxed aluminums are duplicated by different companies. MM, KB, Global West, all good companies. Cheaper knock offs can be had by Pro3i (www.partshopper.com), factory five and a million other places on Ebay. I've had my Steeda suspension since in 1996.

I went with Mac lowers and adj uppers. There not bad. I don't get wheel hop. I'm sure there's something better out there, but funds were limited at the time. For the shocks, I'm glad i went with Qa1 adj. These shocks knocked 2 tenths off my 60'. You can adjust them for the track conditions and on the way home, my car still handles like a cobra. I just installed the Qa1 struts with coil-overs. Should see big improvements this spring.
