I'm replacing pads on my kids 03. I can't get the pistons to go in. They don't seem to turn either. Am I missing something? Any help would be apreciated.

The pistons must be rotated clockwise to seat .
There are 2 notches on the piston face to rotate it, with either a needle nose plier or you can rent a tool from autozone.

Also, make sure the notches on the piston face are in the 12 & 6 o'clock position, to line up with the tab on the backside of the new brake pad.

you can get the tool from a local parts store like autozone, just go in and ask for a brake caliper tool and i think you have to pay 55 and then when you come back they will give you your money back so in turn its free, but yea you have to rotate them in and don't try to take them apart because they don't go back together very easy

yea and if you get the tool and try to turn it in and it doesn't turn don't force it too much because you don't want to break the tool, but anyways you will need a new caliper.
