So the pig tail end should point at the drivers side tire?

Yep, and double check it once you get it all back together to make sure it doesn't shift.

Forgive my drawing but is this what it should look like? The springs that were in were in wrong and explains a few things as well. Thanks

I never really thought about that.. I bet that explains the almost 1/2" difference on the rear of my car (after new spring install)... And I thought the body somehow go tweaked. I guess I'll be checking this in the morning.

I read somewhere that the pigtail faced the rear of the car. I never did the job myself so I wouldn't know.

PIGTAILS both should FACE to the driver side (left side as you sit in driver seat) just like the picture you drew.

Both of the pig tails point toward the driver side as 10HoleLX stated.

The front control arm has a groove where the spring lays...its notched to match the pigtail. Easy to see where it points.
