rear control arms

Can anyone recommend a good pair of upper and lower control arms? Also I need the bushings for the rear end but I want them WITH the metal sleeves. I tried to replace my bushings using the style that required you you to re-use the sleeves and I do not want to do that.(because it's a pain in the ass and takes way to long) Even solid would be ok. Thanks in advance.

I would not use the solids ones. check out 50resto. i think they sell them with the sleeve, not sure.

Also, make sure you do need to replace them. Mine was just cracked on the surface, like the coating or something flaked off. they may not be that bad.

Stock uppers and Maximum motorsports lowers. With stock ford bushings. Maximum sells all three of these things. Bang you're done.
