I'm building a 95 mustang. I had the 8.8 sand blasted and removed the upper control arm bushing and the metal carrier that the bushing is in. Now I can't find new metal pieces anywhere. Short of going to the crappie junk yard that is close. Thanks everyone
What metal are you referring to? The control arm itself which the bushing is housed in? The torque box that's on vehicle? I don't really understand, any pictures?
Rockauto.com has them for 8 bucks...the upper control arm bushings at rear diff. You would have to drill the rubber out. Bunch of holes and a wire brush to clean the sleeve out. Guessing that this is what you need.
