Rear End Identification

[55redone]

I recently purchased a rear end from a wrecking yard in the states . They thought it was out of a Maverick. I'm not sure what it is out off now. Measures 57 -1/2" has 3 dimples on the back and is flat on the top and bottom. Also has the dog bone . The identification tag was gone so I don't have a clue. Has 5 studs 4-1/2"

Sounds like an 8 inch ,do you have a pic?

The goto way I've used is, if you can't put a deep socket on the bottom 2 bolts of the 3rd member, it's a 9", if you can, it's an 8".

The 8" has longer flats on the top and bottom of the oval, whereas the 9" is more just oval.
