I am wondering why my rear end feels like it shifts from side to side during hard cornering, with 106,000 miles should the UCA and the LCA be replaced? I was thinking of replacing them to get rid of the quad shocks will this help? I would also install the aluminum bushings that I have seen on other sites. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

that is what I thought but need some more opinions on the subject, thanks. Will it hurt to get rid of the quad shocks after replacing the Control arms, and what brand would you suggest?

The lateral motion you're feeling is normal for our cars. (Unless it's extreme and you have broken parts)

It's best to keep the quad shocks unless you have a T/A. Aftermarket lower control arms and a panhard bar will make a big difference in the rear suspensions attitude.

I wouldn't suggest urethane or steel bushings in the stock control arms. It may cure your axles lateral problem, but it will increase bind and actually reduce traction in turns.
