I have a 91 GT with 95 Tri-Bar 17's all the way around. When I hit a bump, the left rear wheel rubs on the inboard portion of the body. When looking from the back of the car, the right rear wheel sticks out about 1-2 inches, but the left is almost flush. What is wrong?

wow!..1 or 2". Remove the tire that sticks out and inspect it. Check if theres any wheels spacers the previous owner installed and forgot to take one out. Also check if your tire is the same size as the rest and make sure to check the size of the wheel...17 by ?. If all these are correct I would say you have a crooked diff and would get that fixed ASAP. Good luck!
also check to make sure the upper/lower arms are in place and that the upper ca axle bushings arent lose or out of position. maybe the car was wrecked at one point?
hope it's not the torque boxes....check the mounts on the body of the car where the upper/lower control arms mount. check for cracks, warpage, or the box being ripped.
