Rear End Problem???

What are the chances of of a ring bolt shearing off or backing out. took it into the shop today and they said one bolt was completely missing(ground up probably) 2 where out just floating around and a couple others where backing out.

Its been 4 years but only 15,500 miles since my 4.10 was replaced.

also while its apart should i have the trac. lok rebuilt. the tech said he has never done one before and i don't want to open another can of worms if its not worth it. i had no problem with it before but just wondering about preventative maintence.

Car has 69,000 miles on it.

I had a couple bolts back out on my 4.10s once. Still not sure why, but it never caused a problem. With 69,000 miles, I would consider rebuilding or upgrading the diff, but I would make sure someone experienced does it. Those things can be finicky.

Found out they didn't use locktite on mine
