Rear pads with little cracks?

I recently went to a track day. Had a blast roadracing, or attempting to..lol
Well, I went to the shop to have resurfaced the rotors. They showed me the rear pads, both had a little crack in the middle, a little line, the crack didn't seem to had snapped the pad. It seems that the crack is only on the surface, because the sides of the pad are intact.

What should I do? They have half life. Should I be ok?

if unsure, just change them. It doesnt take long and its not expensive. Sounds like a good time to upgrade to some Hawk pads though
