Rear Seats

Sorry if this has been asked before, but do the rear seats in the '05 V-6's fold down? I talked to a guy that had a GT and he said that there was a lever in the trunk somewhere, but I can't seem to find anything.

small strap inside on the right and left upper area of the seat. verts dont fold.
