rear shock help also K&N question

what kind of shocks would anyone recommend for my 82 mustang? i was leaning twords kyb or lakewood 50-50 drag shocks. i also have the axle dampners as well.

has anyone used the K&n xtreme top for the air filter?? it says thta it impores airflow, but they are kind of pricey anyone have experience with them?

mostly for just driving around.... and something decent for the drag every now and then
