Rear Sway Bar

Mine is broken and has been for a few months. I know a lot of people remove the front bar with no issues but how bout the rear one? I plan on trading the car for a newer stang next year so honestly I don't want to replace it. Will it effect anything if I just remove it? Thanks.

I don't think it will affect much besides handling. V6 Mustangs don't come with rear sway bars and they drive just fine for daily driving.

true, but i wouldnt drive too aggressively without it. the sway bar is what links to control arms together too, and remember that you have more power than a v6. plus, i personally would use it as a big selling chip on you if i was buying a gt stang with no sway bar, and its easy to see cause it hangs the lowest.

I would want the sway bar. It will make the car push through turns
