Hey everyone, was wondering how these were connected, the inner and outter wheel well that is. I looks like some kind of crip along the whole thing. Anyways how do you remove them? can you heat them up or is it jsut alot of cutting?

They're spot welded together. Why are you wanting to remove them? Replacement or homemade minitubbing?

one of the outside fender wells needs to be replaced, and i have the passangers side quarter panel off as is so its easier to see whats going on there.

Im most likely going to do my own tub in there and just remove the stock wheelwells... Got any suggestions for metal? i was gonna do a galvanized 22 gage as thats as high as i can go with the sheer i have access too.

Do you plan on having a back seat? Drag car? Track car?

Ive planed the tubs so that the back seat will stil be able to fit with the adjustment of some of the seat underside rails(if needed) it will be a tight fit though

Well, you don't need it that thick, 18 ga. cold rolled would be light weight, yet be rigid enough. Do you have access to a bead roller?

What about the metal side panels (embossed), what are you going to do there?
