Are the two top bolts described below the ones accessible through the 1.5" holes in the inner quarter?

Now with the window rolled, down, pull the glass + track up and out of the way. It will not come completely out this way, but will give you PLENTY of room to easily remove the 1/4 panel ornament.
Installation is just the opposite. Should take about 1/2 hour per side to remove or replace.
