Reasonable Body Shop on LI?

My (^%!!! fiberglass cowl hood flew up on me while driving..(No hood pins, just bought the car)
Plastic cowl grate is totally munched, and the metal between the hood and windshield it pushed pretty far in, in addition to some minor damage to the hood itself.
Anyone got a recommendation for a reasonable body shop?
(I'm in Farmingdale)

Anybody?
I know these cowl repairs can get expensive. Just looking to not get ripped off!

Venture in Freeport is pretty good. They did a good job in painting my 2001.
