Rebuilding my 3g?

Fox is down waiting on a new harmonic balancer, while I have it apart I pulled the 3G back off to clean up the wiring some and noticed the rear bearing is making a slight squeaking sound. So I assume the bearing is going bad. The alt charges fine, so I hate to go trade it in (its a factory Motorcraft) for some refurbed parts store junk. Anybody here know where can get replacement bearings and instructions on how to replaced them?

Look for a local starter/alternator/generator rebuilder... I use a local one and they do great work and the price is hard to beat.
