the red sox have all the preasure though. they HAVE to win it all now. anything less and it is a failing season. they finally got pst the yankees, and if they don't win, they may not get another chance next year. and you know the yankees will reload again, and be a strong team next year. i am a yankee fan, and i even get mad when they just buy a team every year, and i personaly think they have gotten away from the "formula" they put together a few years ago to win. but anyway, even when they spend tons of money and sign every free agent, they are just playing by the rules and doing whatever they think they have to to put the best possible team on the field.

i disagree. they have waited a while to beat the yankees, but they have not won a series since 1918. what if they lose, and next year don't even make the playoffs? or lose to the yankees in the championship game? or pedro signs with the yankees in the offseason, and beats them in game 7?
