Fox Reinstalling Oem Stereo In 1990 Gt Convertible

Was the stock amp any good ? I found this online, and it states it was a stock amp for the 92, 93 Fox Body. Anyone know ?

That amp won't work in a 1993. That year was unique and got an 80 watt amp. Wow

Wow is right, a 80 Watt Amp sounds pretty good if its only for one set of the speakers. I have to say, i hit the bestbuy store this weekend to see what choices i have. I don't want a super loud booming stereo, i just want something i can hear thats mid level. I like the noise of the exhaust and motor, but here and there its cool to put up some tunes on long rides. At the store, very expensive pricing, even for low level speakers. I think online is the best option, better deals for the entire package.

@stoopalini I have to say subs in the back like that, wow, that would be the bomb !
