Relay for 12v switched wire

So I found a post on relay wiring recently which helped but just wondering if anyone can give advice on wiring a relay for 12v switched power. I was wanting to do a fuse box that could support maybe 2-3 wires if needed, right now I am only needing 1 wire for 5amps.

I made this diagram of my plan, what do you guys think?
