Relay going crazy

I've got a 02 gt. I drive about a mile to the freeway in the morning. Once I get on the highway and up to speed, some relay in the trunk starts clicking like crazy. It lasts about 3 miles, maybe a couple minutes or so and eventually stops. Nothing seems wrong, but something is certainly not right. Any ideas what relay it is or what's causing it?

It sounds like I have a tribe of aboriginies in my trunk arguing over a kangaroo:)

Well, I'm just assuming it's a relay. Definitely sounds like an electrical type switch of some kind... as opposed to something mechanical like the rear end. It sounds like it's coming from somewhere between the rear speakers but it's hard to tell???

yup, I'll check that. I messed with the radio because that was my first thought. You know, turned it on, off, up, down... nothing effects the click. I thought if it was an amp, turning the radio off would make it go away.

It's really crazy though. A constant but random sounding click. Like morse code.

If you're sure it's electronic, check out the wiring and such. I know that there's an issue with a weld breaking back in the back deck that causes a clicking sound, but I only hear it when the radio is turned low or off.

I'll take a look. Thanks for your help. I'll probably have to crawl back there while someone else drives. But then it won't happen, ya know:) Thanks again, I'll post it when I figure it out. I was hoping it was something common.
