Is there a relay/fuse block in the engine compartment of 2.3L Mustangs? I'm pretty sure the answer is "yes", but I can't seem to find it.

Also, would this relay/fuse block contain the relays/fuses for such things as the power windows, door locks, and headlights? I've looked inside the passenger compartment fuseblock and in the driver footwell but haven't seen anything that looks like it would hold relays.

I ask because my headlights, power windows and power doorlocks all won't work. I ran some high gauge wire from the + battery terminal to the driver side switches and was able to raise the windows, so the motors aren't the problem, and the wires from the driver's side switch panel to the other windows appear to be connected (no shorts or disconnects). The fuseblock in the passenger compartment (driver's side) appears to have all of its fuses and they all look operational - the only thing that's missing is the hazard relay, which I'll be replacing soon.

Thanks for your time.

Did you actually check ALL the fuses in the fuse panel? To my knowledge that is the only fuse panel in the car. You might wanna check the fuse diagram in the owner's manual to see what fuses control what. I doubt all that stuff is on the same fuse but it couldn't hurt to check. Aside from that, I don't really know.
