Here is the area the CrossOver Plate covered. It was attached to both sides of the ReInforcement Pans.
As you can see I won't be able to re-attached the CrossOver Plate after I'm done installing the new Inner Rocker Panel.
Here's NO PLACE 4 me to get into the ReInforcement Pan to secure the nuts that go into the bolts
How am I going to get the nut to attach to the bolts to hold the Plate back into its original place with cutting an openning into both ReInforcement Pan
I don't know of any other way to do this. Unless you guys can come-up with a better idea or suggestion (my hat is off to you guys)
Even if I have to cut-away to get the nut back on their bolts to secure the CrossOver Plate that will be O.K. 2.
