Removing Dash Panel Question

I need to know how to remove the center dash panel above the radio where the 2 ac vents are. I need to clean up some XM radio and radar detector wiring for a cleaner look.

Thanks, good info but it doesnt show how to remove the panel above the radio where the vents are.
