First you need to get the handles off, the window crank is held on with one screw, but you need to get the little silver cover out of the way first. It's just held on with a bit of adhesive, so a thin screwdriver or the tip of a utility knife will work. Once you get the handles and armrest (two phillips screws) use either a thin, wide screwdriver, or a stiff putty knife to gently pry the clips out of the door. The clips can pull through the fiberboard door panel if you're too rough, so take your time and work your way around, gently prying each of them loose (there's a ton of them) until you get the panel off. There should be a paper water barrier on behind the panel, it's held on with some truly sticky goop that doesn't dry, so you can re-stick the water barrier to it when your done. Hope this helps, the window parts can be a challenge, but just take your time.

There's actually a special tool for this job. It's only about $5-$10 and you can probably pick it up at AutoZone, etc. It kinda looks like a BBQ fork. You slide one prong under each side of the clip and gently pry. It does a better job of not pulling the clips through the cardboard. You can also do it with your fingers, but you'll surely pull through the cardboard on occasion. I think it's just called a door panel removal tool.

like people said: remove arm rest, door and window handles first. I use a stiff butter knife to slide between the door panel and the door, locate clips (they are every four inches apart or so) and gently pry the door away until the clip pops out of the hole.

DO NOT pop the clips out by pulling on the door panel.
