How hard is it? I've done it on a LX but never have messed with a GT. Anything special about it or any tips? Thinking about pulling my fenders off to hide my wiring and relocate the starter solenoid while I'm wiring up my coil packs. Should I pull the fenders off(be easier to do the wiring work but more work involved in taking the fenders off obviously) or should I attempt to do it with the fenders on? Basically is removing the fenders hard on a GT?lol

Thanks!

Relocating the solenoid and wiring on a GT is not difficult with the fenders on. I did it on my 90 GT a couple of years ago and it only took a couple of hours to do both sides and the solenoid and everything. It's not bad. I really wouldn't pull the fenders, I don't think it's worth it.

Hmm, I may do it without pulling the fenders then. I need to modify a pipe on my turbo kit as well but I can do that with the fenders on also.

How are you attaching the starter solenoid? Self tapping screws or what?
