Well, I was just at autozone testing each thing and see what would work. Im swapping alternators for a bigger amp one. The serpentine belt tool wouldnt fit. Swivel 3/8 and extension didnt work and so on. The blower bracket is in the way of the tensioner belt. It just doesnt have enough space to get in there. So Im going to have to remove the blower itself. What does this really involve? I looked around and there are many bolts. Is this easy to remove? Im trying to do my own installs. I did rear brakes. Now I figure do the alternator, but now I have to remove the blower. That means I have to remove the anderson powerpipe. Can I unscrew that red hose, the oil tap thing that goes into the blower? Will it spill anything out? Where are some instructions please.
I looked around the blower and it looks like 4 or 5 bolts. I hope it would come off easy, like its a direct bolt on. But then what about the pulleys and the belt. How is this coming off? Ok, i'll ttyl.
