Replaced door pins and check roller still not sitting right

the door is off of another stang never sat right, me and a friend bent the hinges up and also replaced both pins with new bushings and a new check roller. Only thing i can think to do is to bend the door up more, but i donnt wanna raise it up high where the damn door is not aligned with the striker what the hell is the problem?

the striker should be able to adjust take i believe a torx aka star bit
try adjusting that first

The striker does move around quite a bit. You can also move the upper and lower hinges around too. You can't adjust it too high because your body lines will be off. Sagging doors are a pain, but at least they are cheap to fix.

I would try playing with the hinges themselves now to get the sag out of it.

i guess i adjust the hinges at the bolts by the fender?

yes thats right. I think I had to remove my fenders when I did mine. I can't remember.
