Replacement core support?

I just decided to tear apart the front end of my fox body from past front-end damage. Has anyone torn apart their core support and welled a new on in place? I am wanting to fill most of the holes and make the under the hood look a bit more professional. Any suggestions would be helpful

Starting this very project I picked up a 51k 89 got hit in the front, waiting for the temps to get up a bit prior to diving in check out my progress thread for updates
