So I was driving down the road and there was a spot that they were working on the road and had the hole covered with metal plates. One of the screws that holds these plates down was sticking up and caught my driver side muffler, destroying it and yanking that side off from the h pipe back. I found out the company that was contracted to do the work, and they have agreed to pay for the repairs. I have an appointment at meineke for an estimate in the morning, but it seems that Roush no longer makes these mufflers. I am trying to figure out what options I can pursue here. There is the spintech kit, and I heard that dynomax also makes a muffler that would work. My concern is I want to be back whole, not with some cobbled together facsimile of what I had. Any ideas at all are greatly appreciated.
