Anyone done it? I've the quarter off and looking at the wheel well I've got a few questions.

I've attached a pic to explain. On the pic areas 1&2 seem to attach to the wheel well and then to the door jam. I could probably get all the spot welds out and remove the pieces then put them back in. Area 3 seems to be a roof pillar, connecting to the top of the wheel well. Even if I disconnect it from the wheel well, it will still be in the way for removal. I think I'll need to cut that piece off to get behind it then reweld it back where it was. Any ideas?

since it looks like the rest of the wheel well is sound, your best bet MIGHT be to section the new one in. by that i mean to use only what you need. if that is not an option, you can cut the brace running up to the roof pillar, and put it back after the wheelhouse is in.
