Replacing coolant fluid

I recently purchased a used 2000 Mustang GT. It has over 90k miles so i thought i would replace couple things since they're probably old. One thing that i want to do is replace the coolant fluid. It seems a little low so do you think i should completly flush it out and put new one or just add more to it and fill it up.

Does your upper manifold have an aluminum crossover? If so, then it's probably been flushed once before. I'd still do it along with everything else. Seafoam, Oil change/oil filter, fuel filter, PCV, plugs, air filter...
