Replacing License Lamp Lense on Foxbody??

The two license lamp lenses that fit in my hatch which emit light which illuminate my license plate at night are shot (the 2 holes one each where the screws hold the lense to the hatch are cracked apart). I got 2 brand new ones. Besides the obvious of unscrewing the 2 screws each that hold them to the hatch, how do I remove the old lenses from the bulb and the rest of the wiring apparatus?????

Is it a "twist-&-turn" or a "pull-&-pop"

The wiring seems very fragile and I don't want to f-something up, that's why I'm asking a simple question.

twist & turn to remove the socket and then the bulb pulls out like normal
