So I'm just starting to tear into my fox 1989 coupe 5.0 to replace the motor and I noticed that its been in a minor accident and needs the rad support replaced. I that theres a couple options

https://www.americanmuscle.com/mustang-radiator-support-9093.html

Or

https://lmr.com/item/LRS-TZMFOXRS/Mustang-Tubular-Radiator-Support-Team-Z-Fox-79-93

I'm leaning toward the tubular one but what do you all think ?

Tubular gives you lots of room for activities . It’s still something I’m up in the air about . @MikeH686 did his this past winter

Pop-up window on AM page says it won't fit my car, therefore, it must for non-GT's only.

I've had better luck with LMR stuff fitting, therefore I'd go with the tubular.

Tubular definitely, cheaper, you’ll lose some weight and if in the future you go turbo or Supercharger you can fit a intercooler easier

I put one on my car. It's actually bolted on. I wrote about it in my thread. The tiniest one doesn't come with an AC condenser mount. You'll have to fabricate one of you keep air conditioning. Also, there's no where for the lower air deflector. The tubular lower did free up a bunch of room for my intercooler and piping.
