Situation:
I have KYB's, I just bought Bilsteins. My car is in storage right now and I am a little confused. I have MM Caster/Camber plates on my 86 right now. Since I cannot visually look at the setup because it's been so long, I am unsure about getting the front struts out. Can I zip the nut of of the strut tower without moving the plates? Basically, can I get these old struts out, new struts in without messing with the plates. I know that by switching the struts out it could throw off the settings, but no where near if I took the plates off entirely. I have a autocross race to go to this Sunday and really need my settings to remain the same.
