Resizing stock Rims

Hey fellow stangers!

Is there a way and if so where to get my stock rims resized to possibly a 17x9.5?
I want to go wider but don't want new rims.

I am in the SAME boat bro.

I think our stock 8" wheels are too narrow. Its obvious to see the advatange of the 9" wheels on the 03+ cars.

I really like the 01 wheels though and would like to get a wider version of them. I almost wish someone would start making them, because I know there are other 01 owners that feel the same way.

There was a place that did them in Michigan? I think. Within the last year 5.0 Mustang had an article about a black 01 cobra who had resized his rear rims to a 17x10 I think. I like the wheels too, but I wanted a 9" wheel so I went w/ chrome 03's.

Yeah, I think 8" is not enough as well...although the ladies don't seem to mind....j/k srry couldn't resist.

I spoke with a friend of mine and he said there is a place here that does resize rims. I'll have to gather more info and I'll let you guys know. It's in Socal here, so I'm not sure if anyone is in the area.
