That is sad, and the concrete would have saved his life, but there are also problems with them. If anyone is into Mustang racing they know who Racin Jason was. He was killed at my local (not local but the closest one to me) track, which has concrete. His car was against the wall and where the turn off was came up and from what I was told his car smacked the wall on the far side of that and he died. Its never fun seeing someone die in a wreck, especially when they are taking it to the track where its supposed to be safer!

RIP

wow thats terrible im so sad to see that :( i wasnt aware it was at the track! that just makes it even more sad to see he was racing as safely as he could...i couldn't even make out what it was till i saw the before pic of his car did it have a cage??

agreed it looks devistating..i couldn't imagine watching that unfold that would be horrible...i see it had a wheelie bar it must have been a wicked ride...i hope he didn't suffer that looks like a terrible mangled mess..its unfortunite he had to pass but i just hope he wasnt injured really bad and had to suffer any..did he post on this board?
