Someone threw some gum on teh floor yesterday....I stepped on it.......he defaced my shoes so i went up to him, grabbed him and punched him 15 times in the face. I jumped him from behind so he didn't see it coming, but I thought "HEY! he threw his gum in my path on purpose, plus he's bigger than me"

I got in 1 or 2 really good punches before he used his brute strength to turn around and beat the living daylights out of me. I would post pics, but both of my eyes are swollen shut, so i can't see what they look like on the camera. It was a good day, I got him from behind so I still feel like I would have won if he wouldn't have known I hit him.



I guess I can kinda see Eddie's point. I personally am a wuss and won't hit a guy unless he hits me first. So while I think appropriate action was taken, its not how I would have done it.

Let Me Explain This....

Since may of last year they were throwing stuff at my car. comming to house for no reason and Power breaking and throwing everything at my stang. Everything you can imagine. from Trash to Gross smelling food. This had been going on for 6 Months. eggs were being thrown at my house. I had to go out and buy a damn car cover but some night i would be so tired i didnt wanna put in on and that when my car would get messed up.

I live in a Culdisac (If thats hw you spell in) If a VERY quite community which to even get to my house it totall outta anyones way. So one night me and my friends cause them doing this and then i hoped i9n my Beater BMW and followed them to there house. I confonted them then i called the cops for the 100 time as to take car of it "the Right way". i caught them doing it, followed then to there home and the damn cops still didnt do anything.

I had to start Garaging my car, we had to sleep with the lights on. it Totally sucked. So then one day i caught them doing it again and went to his house and then they follwed me to my house. 3 Guys and me and my 15 year old Brother with bats. Then started getting on my bro so i pushed one on the ground and hit him in the Nuts with the bat while my bro called the cops. when my bro got to 911 they boned out. It kinda stopped after then and they couldnt get to my car cause it was locked away so it kinda stopped.

Then when they started this at my school i was so angry. i knew the cops wouldnt do **** anymore and took it into my own hands and caught the guy. When i did i Hit him till he was Bloody and black and blue and My handz still hurt.

6 Months of Telling the ****ing PIGS and they didnt do **** till i beat the **** outts the *******.

I think i gonna make a shirt with a guy with a bloody face thats says "dont Mess with Stang!!"

Your example is quite a bit more trivial. Messing with a $100 pair of shoes, where you could have averted damage pales in comparison to a $20K+ automobile being defaced. Nice try at a hijack, though. View attachment 503885

as someone stated before ( prob EH b/c it sounds like somthing stupid he would say) he should have gone and told the teacher ( how lame ) Yeah for the past 6 months the cops did not to crap so what do you think the teacher is going to be able to do? Give them detention

Defacing is marring the appearance of any object. Placing an object, gum, which has no purpose on the surface of a motorized vehicle of any sort is definitely defacing it. Therefore, it is vandalizing; a crime of sorts. At least it is in the United States. Maybe I should move to your planet, where people vandalize and pay no consequences.

This person (Stang owner) did everything in his power, admittedly, to prevent further contact between the perpetrator and the property in question. All he needs now is to document it, have witness, and the poor sucker who got his ass_ waxed will definitely have some time ahead of him.

Time??...haha that was a good laugh! Anyway, if someone is turned into the police for putting gum on someone’s car, the police will dish out a suitable punishment, that they see fit. You can't have the eye for an eye mentality in a place with any civility---dyer circumstances being the exception. If someone sees my rare bonsai planted out by the curb and he breaks a piece off as they walks by, I'm throwin massive haymakers toward their face--at least 20. That'll teach 'em!!

Honostly 1 kid got his ass beat, and the whole school learned a lesson.

YOu could have made a citizen's arrest and done "what you needed" to detain him. We were told that by the cops when my friend had a similar problem...

But in Kentucky if the person you make a citizen's arrest on runs, you can shoot him

Easy. Call the cops. I bet if it was a big buff guy that did it he wouldn't have been so quick to fight. Aside for that, does he have any proof that it was the same guy throwing the garbage at 3am? He did say the guy didn't have a licence; so, who was driving? aren't they responsible too?

2) put gum on his car multiple times, btw this is gum were talking about not a fingerpring, i dont see how this is touching by any stretch of the imagination, this is vandolism plain and simple. He tryed to get the cops involved, they wouldnt help. Therefore he handled it the only way he could.

Ok, tell that to the cops the next time someone puts gum on your car and you proceed to mutilate their face. I'm sure they'll buy it. Better yet, let the person you beat senseless die or end up in a comma after 15-20 shots to the head; your defense against murder will look really swell in a court of law. "Why did you do it? He put gum on my car" Oh, I almost forgot the person could pull a weapon on you and be fully justified to use it.

Bullies you say? No one ever picks on me because I have social skills which allow me to be liked by almost everyone and settle my disputes verbally. You should try it sometimes. At the same time though, I know when to use force.

Your thinking is so shallow. You have many options here such as: 1) tell principle that you caught John Doe messing with your car. What can be done to assure this won't happen again? If it does happen again you could hold the school liable for not securing the parking lot.(many schools have video cameras). 2) Sit in the car like he did and video tape the person doing it. The tape would be turned into the police. 3) Confront the perp and tell him he better stop doing that or you'll have to take steps to alleviate the problem.

Eddie, your the type of f***er we used to hate in the Marines. This young man, came along with a fighting spirit. Took the initative, adapted and overcame. Its the people like you, that us people with the warrior spirit have to protect, because, obviously you can't do it on your own.
