What sort of pressure do you have when the engine is running? You should see 35-40 with the pressure regulator vacuum line off and capped. Plus leave the gauge on when the engine is turned off and watch what the gauge does. If it drops, I'd suspect bad pump as well if the f.p.r. is new.

Ah. Sorry, I didn't see where your combo was posted the first time.
Something certainly doesn't sound right. You should see an obvious change when adjusting the regulator. If you have 38 psi then I'd say the pump is doing what it's supposed to do. No change wouldn't indicate bad pump or clogged filter to me. I'd investigate the regulator or even your gauge first. Covering all the basics here, is your pump still the factory pump or has it been swapped out as well?

Its a holley 190lph changed since 3 years...

FPR is brand new(kirban)

I tried 2 different gauges...

Well i did pinch the return line today to see if the pressure go up,and no,it did not move. The hose is not hard, feel like no pressure in it.all this when engine running.

I will check if i have a black sprak plug.... maybe a defect injectors..!?
