what is the rev limiter on a 2000 mustang gt.i 've had it up past 6000 rpm,got scared and let off.i bought the car used and don't know if the previous owner did any mods.
I actually hit my rev limiter in first gear I know stock rev limiter is somewear between 6 and 7k I think it is 6.2k but am not sure. I know I saw a setting to increasing the rev limit when I was using the predator tune.
I just pulled up the stock file for my 2000 GT in my SCT software and the regular rev limiter is 6050. Keeping in mind that our tachs are not exactly the most precise devices...
