Theres a post on another site where 1 member has his set at 6600-6700 rpm. A tuner in the same thread set his at 6500 (i believe) and made 15 pulls continuous with no valve float. I'll see if I can find the thread...

I have mine set at 6800,rev it to 6500 with no problems.

mines set at 6549, 100 rpms higher than stock setting...turned out to be Just enough to avoid the engine cut out when I get on it.. I was usually too slow to react and recognize I had hit red line on the rpm gauge in 2nd and 3rd
